3D Trim Wall System
The 3D Trim system turns the sheet into architecture: G2 BioBlend rigid sheet membrane-pressed onto MDF boards, chair rails, bases and mouldings in a range of sizes, for a low-maintenance wainscot that takes wheelchair, cart and luggage abuse. Horizontal boards have an optional pre-cut notch to install over existing sheet.

Door frames crack and chip long before the leaf does. The 1700 wraps the frame edge with 76 mm of rigid vinyl on a pre-drilled continuous aluminium retainer, in 0.91, 1.22 and 2.44 m heights, with caps and a dust cap included — in any Inpro solid colour, selected woodgrains and metallics.

What UAE consultants, FM teams and contractors ask before they specify.
Which thickness of rigid sheet should I specify?
1 mm is the standard for ward and corridor wainscots under a crash rail; 1.5 mm where trolleys or beds strike the wall directly or the sheet runs full height; 2 mm (on request) for heavy service areas. Bluedge recommends per zone from your drawings.
Is Inpro rigid sheet fire-rated for UAE projects?
Yes. The European Palladium sheet is tested to EN ISO 11925-2 and EN 13823 and classified to EN 13501-1; Aspex printed sheet is classified B-s2,d2; US-range products carry ASTM E-84 Class A. Classification reports are issued with the data sheets for your authority submittal.
What is the difference between Palladium, Continuum and Ricochet?
Palladium is rigid vinyl sheet — the general-purpose wall protection. Continuum is a fibreglass-free rigid sheet designed for wet, hot and hygienic zones, integrating with stainless cove base. Ricochet is a flexible protective sheet with textile and woodgrain patterns for design-led areas.
Can the sheet be installed over existing walls in an operating hospital?
Yes. Sheet is adhesive-bonded to a sound, clean substrate; existing paint or wallcovering is usually prepared rather than removed. Bluedge installs in phases around live wards and can supply rolled sheet for curved walls.
How are the joints and corners finished?
With colour-matched vinyl trims (top cap, divider, inside and outside corners), or aluminium and stainless steel profiles, plus factory corner wraps on Continuum. Stainless cove base gives a watertight floor junction in wet areas.
Do you supply door protection as well?
Yes — kick plates in G2 vinyl or stainless, L- and U-shaped door-edge protectors, 1700 door-frame guards and fully clad Palladium doors, all matched to the wall finishes and scheduled with the sheet package.
Do you supply and install in Dubai and the Northern Emirates?
Bluedge is based in Abu Dhabi and supplies and installs across all seven emirates, with selected GCC projects. Supply-only, supply and install, or supply with installation supervision are all available.
